Course Objective
To train children in the fundamentals of boxing, helping them build strength, agility, discipline, and self-defense skills in a safe and structured environment.
Age Group
- Suitable for 8 years and above (beginner to advanced levels).
Course Highlights
- Basics of stance, footwork, and guard positions
- Punching techniques: jab, cross, hook, uppercut
- Shadow boxing and bag training
- Strength, conditioning, and endurance drills
- Defensive skills: blocking, slipping, and dodging
